Aristotle

Aristotle is my favorite Greek phisosopher. He's born 384 BC and died 322 BC.
Aristotle wrote about many subjects like politics, ethics, physics, methaphysics, poetry, theater, music, logic and more.
He is considered the creator of logic with his predicative theory of decision.
I don't read a lot about all his subjects. But, right now, I'm reading about politics, ethics and logic.
I read this subjects because I never touched these before.
I learn a lot about happiness, virtue, wisdom and sociology.
If I have the opportunity to read more about Aristotle, I will read about music, theater and poetry.

Jim Morrison

My favorite poet is Jim Morrison, the singer of the band The Doors.
Jim Morrison is born the December 8, 1943 and died the July 3, 1971. He was the author of several books of poetry and lyricist of The Doors, who had big success.
Jim wrote psychedelic style of lyrics for the band's songs and for himself, but his poetry wasn't understood by his audience, who only saw a drugged man. His poetry was really philosophic, but nobody never understood Jim. Jim Morrison died by a heart attack, probably caused by an overdose.

Copenhagen

Copenhagen is the 15th UN summit on climates changes who brings a record of at least 65 heads of state. It was held in Copenhagen (Denmark), from 7 to 18 December 2009. The objectives are to limit and reduce CO2 emissions to keep any temperature increases to below 2°C. Many leaders of industrialised countries were ready to take good decisions to decrease CO2 emissions. But, our leader, Stephen Harper wasn't so ambitious to follow the exemples of the others leaders and did nothing good at Copenhagen! I think that the environment should be our first preoccupation! The time is running, and the earth needs our help!

My favorite movie

My favorite movie is realised by one of my best music band, Pink Floyd. It's called, The Wall.
The movie is inspired by the album The Wall by Pink Floyd and contains most of the songs of the album. The story is about a rock star who encounters obstacles throughout his life like his father's death, abuse from his schoolteachers, overprotective mother and the desertion of his wife.

I love this movie because it represents how someone can build a wall between him and the society with all the problems that he met in the past.

I recommend it to all Pink Floyd's fans and those who love psychologic movies.

My passion

Since I was young, I played many instuments like guitar, flute, trombone, saxophone.
But one day, I decided to play a new instrument that I never thought before, the drums.
Since this time, I play every day and I learn new tricks every weeks.
I love this instrument because I can develop my concentration and my sense of rhythm.
A drum is normally composed of one bass drum, snare, cymbals, toms, floor toms, hi-hat and more.
This instument can be personalized according the music style of the drummer like rock, jazz, blues, etc.
Finally, I think that everyone should play an instrument because it's good for the concentration and creates perseverance.

A place to see

If I have the chance, the place that I would like to see is Seattle.
Why? Here are my answers.

First, Seattle is the bigger city of the northwestern United States. But what is very interresting for me is that Seattle is also known as the birthplace of grunge music. Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, all these big names are from this city and I think that if I go to Seattle, maybe I will find some inspiration.

Secondly, there's many cultural activities like museums, festivals, poetry contest. But I prefer the museums, specifically the Experience Music Project of Seattle. It's a rock 'n' roll museum in honor of Jimi Hendrix and it contains a concert hall that I want to see.

Finally, I will visit the first Starbucks Coffee, the
larger multinational chain of coffee shops, and the Space Needle, a popular tower who's the landmark of the city.
